FAQs
Can I cancel my membership?
When you subscribe you will be asked how many months you would like to sign up for. Your commitment will only be for the months you are signed up for. After that, the plan will continue until you cancel.
- No Hair Right There- minimum 2 months commitment.
- No Hair Extra Care- minimum 3 month commitment.
- No Hair Anywhere- minimimum 4 month commitment.
What if I miss a month or can’t come in?
Our No Hair Extra Care and No Hair Anywhere plans allow you to roll over up to 2 sessions per year. The Glow Starter plan does not include rollovers to keep treatments consistent..
Can I share my membership with a friend or family member?
Memberships are non-transferable and designed for individual use, so all treatments must be used by the member.
